The operating model for the DRIM Properties concept is relatively simple and does not require a significant up-front investment to get the business started.  It is recommended that in most cases, the business should be located from home, in an executive suite, or temporary office location to keep initial investment costs to a minimum.  This business is designed to offer complete property investment and real estate management solutions to property owners and investors.  The concept is structured to allow a franchisee to utilize the DRIM system as a base method of conducting business, while offering optional services provided and fulfilled by the Franchisor back office.  This will allow the franchisee to focus on their strongest skillsets and operate at the highest efficiency.
